Join us for an intense 90-minute group lesson every weekday in Downtown Seattle.
Each session begins with key Systema Breathing principles and continues with an in-depth study of body mechanics, fear management, health, and practical application of self-defense concepts. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable work-out clothes and shoes. You may want to bring a small towel for sweat along with a training knife (if you own one).
MONDAY through FRIDAY 7:00pm to 8:30pm
$20 per 90-minute session to drop-in. Must be paid in advance of training.
The school offers a monthly plan of $149 for all 20 classes per month, 8 classes/month for $99, and 4 classes/month for $67.

Please wear non-restrictive work-out clothes. Clean shoes are recommended. Due to contact with others, proper personal hygiene is appreciated. All students must sign a waiver prior to training.

Basic hourly rate for private lessons is $85/hour. There are custom programs that will fit all individuals and needs, including an intensive 20-hour Immersion Program (wait list). Details HERE.
