Terms of Service and Scheduling Policy

General

  • The student agrees to all terms in the Waiver HERE when registering for training.

  • Payment of of all training (private training, group training, or workshops) must be done prior to scheduling. 

  • Punch cards and drop-in sessions will expire within one year of purchase date.

  • There are no refunds for paid training. However any remaining funds may be used for a different form of training (private training, group training, or workshops) within a year of original purchase.

  • Any student may be asked to leave a training session by an instructor at any time for any reason.

Private Training

  • Student and instructor agrees on scheduled day, time, and location of the private session in advance of the session through email (info@systema.us).

  • If the student wishes to cancel the scheduled private session, the student must notify the instructor at info@systema.us at least 24-hours in advance.  In the event that the student does not contact the instructor in this time frame, the session is considered used/lost.

  • In the event that student does not arrive for the session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show (the session will be used/lost). 

  • The student may notify the instructor of late arrival at info@systema.us within 15 minutes of the start time; however, the session will still be started on the originally-scheduled time.
