Scheduling Policy

Payment of of all training (private training, group training, or workshops) must be done prior to scheduling.

There are no refunds for paid training. However any remaining funds may be used for a different form of training (private training, group training, or workshops) within a year of original purchase.

If the student wishes to cancel the scheduled session, the student must notify the instructor through the contact form (at the bottom of the home page) at least 24-hours in advance. Space is leased from a 3rd party, who requires a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation.

In the event that the student does not contact the instructor in this time frame, the session is considered used/lost.

In the event that student does not arrive for the session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show (the session will be used/lost).

The student may notify the instructor of lateness via the contact form within 15 minutes of the start time; however, the session will still be started on the originally-scheduled time.
