Scheduling Policy
  • Payment of of all training (private training, group training, or workshops) must be done prior to scheduling. 

  • There are no refunds for paid training. However any remaining funds may be used for a different form of training (private training, group training, or workshops).

  • If the student wishes to cancel the scheduled session, the student must notify the instructor through the contact form (at the bottom of the home page) at least 24-hours in advance.  Space is leased from a 3rd party, who requires a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation.

  • In the event that the student does not contact the instructor in this time frame, the session is considered used/lost.

  • In the event that student does not arrive for the session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show (the session will be used/lost). 

  • The student may notify the instructor of lateness via the contact form within 15 minutes of the start time; however, the session will still be started on the originally-scheduled time.
