Service Description

One of our most exciting and liberating workshops. Adapt shorter strikes and weaponize the entire body to prevail in uncomfortable positions and around obstacles including walls, doorways, and in stairwells. Please bring a water bottle and training knife. Training will be in Theatre 4 in the Armory building at the Seattle Center (4th floor).
