この特別クラスは、システマのワークを深く掘り下げる為の用意・準備というテーマで行います。
自分自身と相手の両方からアウェアネス（気付き）とセンシティビティ（感性）の層について理解し、どのようにそれらが自分のものとして機能するのかを学びます。
この特別クラスは、週末のヴラディミアセミナーの理解にも役立つ内容として、マスター、ヴラディミア ヴァシリエフが承認した特別クラスです。
クラス参加にはシステマのトレーニング経験は必要ありません。どなたでも参加可能です。
1部:6:30pm-7:30pm

Special Class with Kwan Lee

Senior Systema Instructor Kwan Lee presents a special class focused on preparation for deep work. Navigate through the layers of awareness and sensitivity in yourself and others, and learn how to calibrate the depth of your touch.
This event is endorsed by Master Vladimir Vasiliev and will greatly enhance your understanding of his instruction over the weekend.
No experience required.
