Service Description

Join long-time Full Vasiliev Instructor, Art Cuellar, in the development of body movement and breathwork centered on healing. This work will bridge gap between the creative destruction of the martial side of Systema and the necessary mobility and sensitivity required to mitigate damage. Art also has a unique perspective on incorporating functional strengthening methods and breathwork as you age with training. No Experience Needed. Location: Seattle Center, Studio C, 1pm-5pm
