Workshops
Workshops are an excellent way to get in-depth exposure to the wide spectrum of the work we do in Systema in an accelerated format. All workshops include the foundational elements of breathwork, posture, movement, and tension-mitigation to prevail under duress.
Prices increase 24 hours before the event dates, and some have limited capacity, so please register early.
